Should you Download SleepStats? Yes! This app features are pretty unique. The implementation is not always perfect, but it helps gain some insight into how well you are sleeping beyond how much you are sleeping. For example, after following Jon Kabat-Zinn's guided lying yoga, I basically did not have to move after I fell asleep for an hour. I could also track other things in my life to find a theme as to what might make my sleep more restless.
